From October 1, 2012 in the Vocational High School of Tourism - Samokov started the preliminary preparation for project 2012-1-BG1-LEO 01-06843
"German experience in organizing and conducting alternative tourism", Leonardo Da Vinci Sectoral Program, Mobility.
After a selection in three stages, the Commission for selection of beneficiaries approved twenty-three students from 11a and 12a class, specialty "Organization of Tourism and Leisure" / 20 users and 3 reserves /, who will take part in the preliminary preparation for the project.
Preliminary preparation
German language training - lasting 120 hours - 30 weeks, 2 times a week for 2 school hours. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes. The language training includes the study of professionally oriented German, starts on 01.10.2012 and ends by 15.06.2013. with an exam and issuance of certificates to the graduates of the course
Cultural training - lasting 30 school hours. Starts from 01.10.2012 - 15 weeks for two school hours per week, lasting 45 minutes. The training will end with a test. Graduates of the course will receive a certificate of training.
Pedagogical preparation - with a duration of 30 teaching hours, from 04.02.2013. - 15 school weeks of two hours per week. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes. Graduates of the course will receive a certificate of training after a test.
Training practice in Germany
For three weeks, from June 23 to July 13, 2013, in real jobs in hotels and travel agencies in Chemnitz, Germany, 20 students will be trained under the guidance of highly qualified mentors.
The internship aims to improve the practical skills of students in the field of organizing and conducting alternative types of tourism, improving language skills and communication skills in German.
Expected results:
Mobility in Germany will increase the self-confidence of the participants, will lead to their professional and personal growth, will motivate them for learning and professional progress throughout life.
The participants will share their impressions of the practice with representatives of the Municipality of Samokov and the travel agencies, with the teachers and students from the Vocational High School of Tourism in the town of Samokov and with other vocational high schools.
