General information about the project
February 28, 2019 - a contract was signed for the provision of a grant under the project
Total value - BGN 127,759,359.94
Duration of the project - 30 months, as of February 28, 2018.
Specific beneficiary - Ministry of Education and Science
Included 1,500 schools: 920 are defined under the Ordinance on the financing of institutions in the system of pre-school and school education; the remaining 580 schools with a lower concentration of students from vulnerable groups, determined according to the methodology of the Ministry of Education and Science (results from HBO and DZI, number of absences)
Target groups:
-students at risk of dropping out;
-students who need to be provided with career guidance services in the transition from junior high school to high school stage of education;
-students in schools with a lower concentration of students at risk of early school leaving;
-pedagogical specialists, etc. stakeholders (parents, representatives of non-governmental organizations, educational mediators, social workers, Roma authorities and leaders, etc.)
The main goal of the project is aimed at:
supporting equal access to quality
education
more complete coverage of students in school education
developing the potential of students
successful completion of secondary education
social, professional and personal realization
35 ученици успешно проведоха своята практика на реално работна място
В рамките на проект "Модернизация на професионалното обучение", в изпълнение на дейност 8 35 ученици от четири различни професии успешно преминаха стаж на реално работно място в рамките на Дейност 8 - Допълнителна професионална подготовка чрез подкрепа за учебни предприятия и допълнителни практики в реална работна среда.
Допълнителните практики в реална работна среда бяха определени в рамките на 240 астрономически часа за всеки ученик. По време на стажа, учениците изпълняваха задачи, възложени от работодателя, под ръководството на наставник. Програмата за стажа беше изготвена от наставника и наблюдаващия учител и утвърдена от директора на училището.
Програмата за стажа включваше разнообразни задачи и дейности, които помогнаха на учениците да придобият практически умения и опит в избраната професия. Наставниците играха ключова роля в процеса, като предоставяха насоки и подкрепа на учениците, за да им помогнат да се адаптират към работната среда и да изпълняват успешно възложените задачи.
Професиите, по които допълнително се обучаваха и усъвършенстваха професионалните си умвения учениците, са: "Ресторантьор" - 20 ученици; "Оператор в производството на облекло от текстил" - 8 ученици и "Машинен монтьор" - 7 ученици. А фирмите, в които се провеждаше обучението, съответно: "ОП Маркетинг туризъм и туристически дейности", "МИТ 04" ЕООД, "МАНО 66 ЕООД", "Самел 90" АД.
Наблюдаващите учители - Мариана Бакрачева, Елена Сердарева, Валентина Млекарска и Борис Стрински.
Проектът "Модернизация на професионалното обучение" е важна инициатива, която предоставя на учениците възможност да се подготвят за реалния свят на труда. Успешното завършване на стажа от 35 ученици е доказателство за ефективността на програмата и значимостта на допълнителната професионална подготовка.

Учители по професионална подготовка от ПГ по туризъм повишиха дигиталните си умения
В рамките на проект "Модернизация на професионалното обучение", в изпълнение на дейност 6 - Квалификация на учители по професионална подготовка чрез специализирани обучения, свързани с прехода към цифрова и зелена икономика, синия растеж, индустрия 5.0, ИСИС, дванадесет (12) учители от Професионална гимназия по туризъм в Самоков преминаха двудневно обучение на тема "Повишаване на дигиталните умения за създаване и използване на съвременни цифрови технологии". Обучението се проведе във Велинград на 4 и 5 декември 2024 г.
Основната цел на обучението беше да се повишат дигиталните умения на преподавателите, като се акцентира върху създаване и използване на съвременни цифрови технологии в учебния процес, придобиване на умения за прилагане на интерактивни техники за преподаване и развитие на други ключови умения, необходими за модерното професионално образование.
По време на обучението учителите участваха в различни практически занятия и семинари, които им предоставиха възможност да се запознаят с нови технологии и методи на преподаване. Те научиха как да интегрират цифрови инструменти в учебния процес, за да направят уроците по-интересни и ефективни за учениците.
Обучението във Велинград беше важна стъпка към модернизацията на професионалното образование в ПГ по туризъм в Самоков. Придобитите знания и умения ще помогнат на учителите да подобрят качеството на преподаване и да подготвят учениците за успешна реализация на съвременния пазар на труда.
